I just got my first (hopefully not last) check for writing. Not much to write home about, but an accomplishment nonetheless. I think I'll frame the check, or a copy of it at least..
Now I am officially a paid author.

congrats! How's the writing going?
Going well, finishing up part eight for late this week, early next.
People are downloading the story, just are not making comments, good or bad. That part is frustrating, because I don't know what they like/don't like about the writing.

I'll probably wait for you to finish then get the complete book... hate reading something only for it to finish at a chapter and you're waiting to see what happens next
